Covid Pass – update 18.8.21

*** UPDATE 18.8.21 We are receiving a high volume of requests for online access for patients to retrieve their covid pass. This information is available via NHS DIGITAL website with covid passes accessed online.

This is managed by NHS Digital not the GP Surgery. To clarify you can apply for an online covid pass (Photo I.D upload & NHS number is also required) & a postal covid pass (postcode as registered with GP surgery & NHS number) both can take upto 7 working days. Any queries – contact NHS Digital via their help centre.

Online access is another method to obtain Covid Pass via the NHS app. The same applies here but in this instance you have access to your detailed health record therefore we have to follow a stringent process. You will be required to present in person with your photo I.D – this is to verify your I.D and assess for true likeness. We cannot authorise access to your record without verifying your identity.
