Contact Us

Since Cressex Health Centre changed hands July 2015 we have made tremendous improvements to our systems and processes and we are demonstrating a good delivery of healthcare to our patient population. We continue to strive to provide excellent medical care that combines the traditional values of a family health service with the benefits of a modern practice.

We have designed our website to provide three things: comprehensive information about our Practice and our services; improved access to our services with the ability to arrange appointments and repeat prescriptions on-line; access to health advice and information about other services and support groups.

If you have any comments or improvement suggestions about our website we would be happy to hear them! We are also looking for new members to join our Patient Participation Group – please contact the practice manager for more details about how you can help support your local community and the patients at the practice on : [email protected] alternatively call us on 01494 415 788.
