World Mental Health Day (10th Oct 2021)

World Mental Health Day is a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, and how important it is to talk about things and get help if you are struggling.

For expert help and tips follow this link Every Mind Matters – NHS (www.nhs.uk) there is useful information on wellbeing and support including a free mind plan to help with anxiety, stress, boost your mood etc.

Take charge of your mental health with numerous resources available online including preventative measures.

Some useful tips:

  1. Focus on things within your control
  2. Eat Healthy
  3. Try to avoid negative people
  4. Get enough Sleep
  5. Get enough exercise
  6. Practice a “mind and body” relaxation technique
