New Patient Online Access – Register today

Currently, less than 1/4 of our entire practice population are taking advantage of our Patient Online Access tool.
Patient Online is designed to support GP practices to offer and promote online services to patients. These services include:
  • booking and cancelling of appointments
  • ordering of repeat prescriptions
  • viewing of their GP record (which includes coded information about allergies, immunisations, diagnoses, medication and test results).

One of the main benefits of the tool is that it allows our patients to take responsibility for their own healthcare in the most time efficient way.

By signing up for Patient Online access you will no longer have the chore of joining an already congested telephone system and instead will enjoy the convenience of managing your own appointments/medication and medical records via your phone application or laptop.

Registering is quick & easy process.  You will need to take two forms of identification (passport or driving licence and proof of address e.g. bill or bank statement) into your GP practice.  Please complete the short online access form Click here or pick one up at reception.  N.B you will need to be present with photo I.D before we can process your application.  Once processed (takes 2 to 3 minutes) you will then be provided with a Web address and log in details unique to you.

Many Thanks
