PPG

We have now set up a Patient Participation Group for the Centre, which is used as a forum to review and improve our services. The Patient Group meets occasionally to discuss patients’ views about the Centre, make suggestions on the range of services available and the provision of care in the Centre, however most communication is done by email.

We would also like the Patient Group to keep in touch with each other by setting up a virtual group, for instance by having to exchange views on a regular basis.

If you are interested in becoming involved please call 01494 415788 and ask to speak to the Practice Manager.
