Repeat prescriptions / online appointments: please note we have changed computer system which requires you to re-register

In May, Cressex Health Centre stopped using our old IT system, called SystemOne.
In July 2016 we have moved to a new IT system called EMISweb because it offers us improved performance and the ability to work more closely with other local practices and hospitals in Buckinghamshire.

Unfortunately this will require all patients to re-register in order to access the new system for repeat prescriptions, online appointments or to view your medical records.

To do this, please pop into the practice with photo identification, such as driving licence or passport, and we will re-register you and let you know if your are due for a medication review, blood test or health check, which we can also book for you at the time.

We apologise for any inconvenience and thank-you for your patience on this.
